The Roman Baths is below the modern street level and has four main features, the Sacred Spring, the Roman Temple, the Roman bath house and finds from Roman Bath. The Georgian Pump Room is on the ground level.

Regarded as the social heart of Bath for more than two centuries, the Pump Room is a striking neo-classical salon where hot Spa water is drawn for drinking.

Admission to the Pump Room is free.

The Pump Room restaurant is open daily for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea, with live music by the Trio.

Winner of Sandford Award 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009.
